ÎMPREUNĂ IMPOSIBILUL DEVINE POSIBIL

Zilele trecute, urmărind la TV ştirile despre sinistraţi şi despre situaţia tristă din ţară, am ajuns la concluzia că în spatele acelor „imagini” de suporteri înfocaţi, se ascund nişte oameni cu inimă mare, care nu ezită să-şi ajute semenii la nevoie. M-am referit aici la suporterii echipelor Dinamo şi Steaua, care au făcut pace cu jandarmii, au renunţat la ura dintre ei şi la scandările cu care ne-au obişnuit, şi au ajutat la dezăpezirea sinistraţilor din locurile afectate de căderile masive de zăpadă.

Acei „huligani” pe care toată lumea îi contestă şi îi condamnă, au reuşit să facă ce statul nu a fost în stare, pentru că „a fost luat pe nepregătite”. Bine, între noi fie vorba, statul e luat pe nepregătite de vreo 20 de ani încoace, aşa că nu mai e nicio surpriză că ţara s-a transformat într-o „mare albă”.

Pentru ei, dar şi pentu toţi cei care au ajutat cum au putut sinistraţii, jos pălăria. Tot respectul şi admiraţia pentru voi! Împreună totul este posibil.

RHADOPIS DIN NUBIA – PUTEREA IUBIRII ŞI A FRUMUSEŢII

De curând am terminat de citit „Rhadopis din Nubia”, un roman scris de Naghib Mahfuz, un scriitor extraordinar după părerea mea. Nu este primul roman de Naghib Mahfuz pe care l-am citit şi care m-a fascinat. „Băieţii de pe strada noastră”, „Rhadopis din Nubia”, „O mie şi una de nopţi şi zile”, „Trilogia Cairoului”, „Teba în război”, „Akhenaton, cel ce sălăsluieşte în adevăr ” sunt doar o parte din cărţile lui Mahfuz care m-au fermecat. Vi le recomand cu mare drag.

„Rhadopis din Nubia” este o poveste minunată despre prietenie, trădare, lupta pentru putere şi o iubire care zguduie regatul faraonului Merenra. „Ce folos au cei puternici din ceea ce au dobândit cu forţa? Ce fac cu avuţia cei ce s-au muncit s-o obţină? Cu ce s-au ales cei puternici din puterea lor? Nu sunt toate acestea ca praful spulberat de vânt? Puterea poate fi nebunie, înţelepciunea o greşeală, şi bogăţia, egoism”, spune unul dintre personajele romanului, considerând că arta şi frumuseţea sunt singurele valori care dăinuie. Dar, când frumuseţea capătă chip uman, totul se poate nărui.
